I left Dollar and presented myself to Hertz Car Rental. I waited in a very long line that didnt move for all of 45 minutes and, seeing I had an important appointment early that afternoon in *******, *********, 95 miles away, I needed a car very badly.

I was quite distraught on Friday, June 2, 2023, when I arrived to claim a car at Dollar Car Rental at ******************************* and it appears that you had overbooked and had no cars available.
